Our Beef Biltong is made by our butchers using the silverside & our own traditional recipe.
Fat – fat on the biltong is usually visible around the sides of the meat. If you select fat, there will be a thick rind of fat along the biltong on the outer side. If you select little fat, this will be supplied to you from our biltong where the fat is minimal
Dryness – when we talk about the dryness of the biltong, this refers to how long the biltong has been left to dry. Some people prefer their biltong to be dryer and others prefer it to be moist. Based on your preference, you can select either moist which is very wet, medium which is semi-dry and dry which has no moisture.
